What we collect

When you request an invitation we receive what you enter: your name, e-mail address, country, whether you buy as a business or privately, your company name if you give one, the category and support you ask for, your description and an optional link.

Members who log in receive a sign-in link by e-mail; we then store a session cookie that is needed to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why

We use your request only to review it and to contact you about it, at your request and before any agreement. We do not sell your details and we do not send newsletters without your separate consent.

Where

Requests are stored in a database in the European Union (Frankfurt). Our hosting and database providers process the data on our behalf and only for this purpose.

How long

We keep a request only as long as needed to handle it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to their use, through the request form on this site. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
